#FORHAYWOOD

Haywood County Flood Relief

Thank you for your willingness to volunteer and hours you have spent volunteering!
The community work has been incredible during the flood relief. Through Pinnacle and other churches/organizations, people have helped feed flood survivors, deliver food/donations, donate needs, muck out lots of mud from houses, clean-up, and help the start the rebuilding! Unfortunately, flood relief is a long-term process, and there is more help needed.

Churces, non-profits, and local government have been working together over the last few weeks to create a structure called "Restore Haywood." This is for now and the future and will be beneficial in aid for resources, communication, consistency, and fluidity. Essentially through this, different teams and leaders have been set up to handle different areas.

Pinnacle is a partner of Restore Haywood and will be continuing to work with them to support our community. Check out the information below for ways you can be #FORHAYWOOD

Volunteer Opportunity

Community hosts at Cruso UMC are needing volunteers. They are needing volunteers to staff their fellowship hall which has become a critical access point for food and supplies for flood victims. We are needing volunteers to keep coffee/snacks stocked, help people who come in find items they need, clean and most importantly Offer a listening ear and genuine welcome.

Partner through giving

If you can not volunteer but would like to support  through giving  you can do so by clicking the give button below. On the donation screen, change the funds tab to missions & outreach. All gifts given to that fund will go back into the community. Thank you
